Meet Greg Gallerini. He has worked with English Gardens for 11 years, and has been a Field Superintendent for the past six years. He oversees many of the company’s installation projects, and also trains new employees to English Garden standards.

Greg keeps the projects on time, and ensures that crews have everything they need to complete the job. The transformation of these projects is one of the most rewarding aspects of his job.

His favorite project is the Village of Rochester Hills, which he is currently overseeing. “Our goal is to make the place look festive and beautiful for the holiday season.” While the designers make sure the project looks different from year to year, Greg is always looking for ways to make it better.

“We use different procedures and techniques to increase the quality year after year.” Crews have been hard at work since the beginning of September to have the project completed by the November lighting ceremony, which will be held Friday, November 16.

“The end result is amazing. When they flip the switch, it’s rewarding to see everything light up.”
