Valerie Tarquini is a senior landscape designer at English Gardens, and has been working with us for more than 11 years.  She’s worked on hundreds of projects, and has received numerous awards.

In 2017, she received three awards from the Michigan Green Industry Association (MGIA), two were Silver and one was Gold.

One of her projects this year is phase one of a two-year project with a new client.  It consists of a major patio renovation with landscaping and night lighting.

“My favorite part of ths job is Iworking with customers to improve their homes,” says Val. “I like the on-going relationship I’ve established with some customers by providing maintenance on their landscapes.”

Valerie has a bachelor of science in horticulture from Michigan State University.
