English Gardens is pleased to announce the launch of Super Sprouts, a Kid’s Club with activities every month, in 2018. Each activity is free or at a low cost for kids to do.

“We want to get kids interested in gardening,” says Jennifer Youngquest, English Gardens Vice President of Marketing.

“From seed starting to building a butterfly feeder, our monthly activities are geared towards kids ages 2 to 12. Kids are constantly distracted by phones and computers, this is a great opportunity for uninterrupted family time.”

Monthly activities can be found on English Gardens events page. Advanced registration is required either in store or online. Adult helper is required to be in attendance.

Winter and some spring activities include: 

• Saturday, January 13 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm
  Plant an Enchanted Fairy Garden
  Fee: $24.99, Value: $44.99
  With a little bit of magic, kids can create an enchanted fairy garden. We provide all the materials and inspiration.
• Saturday, February 10 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm
  Create a Bird Treat
  Free
  Create a Valentine’s Day-inspired treat. We provide all the materials and inspiration. Adult helper must attend with child.
• Saturday, March 10 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm
  Planting Seeds
  Free
  Plant seeds and watch them grow! Track your seed’s progress as they sprout.
