“I love going to the florist here. I know that I can get cheaper flowers elsewhere, but they have the best variety of fresh cut, loose flowers that you can use to build your own bouquet. I take pleasure in picking out different flower patterns and color schemes. The florists who work there are really talented, too. When we finally met in person (I was planning the wedding from DC), she offered a suggestion for the centerpieces and then agreed to help set up the decorations I was putting together. So when people ask where do I go to get flowers, I do suggest English Gardens. My friend was looking for a florist for her wedding and I suggested a couple of places, including this one. She chose EG for numerous reasons; great customer service, were able to get the color roses she wanted, prices were extremely fair and were very accommodating when she added more arrangements a week before. I must say I’ve seen lots of roses in my life, but these were elegantly beautiful, the color was exactly what she requested. I need to add that she did bring a paint sample of the color she wanted, they nailed it! If you have a special event, keep EG in mind, they do live up to their promise.”
