More than 350,000 lights and a myriad of decorations provide a festive, welcoming atmosphere to The Village of Rochester Hills during the holiday season.

English Gardens has been decorating The Village for the holidays since 2003.  Our team begins work on-site in September, continuing for nearly 10 weeks to install the many sets of lights and decorations throughout the area.  A magical wonderland is created along Adams Road, both sides of Main Street and both parks. The gazebo is transformed into Santa’s Snug and decorated for the season, providing a cozy place to share Christmas wish lists.

All the lights are energy-saving LEDs, in brilliant colors.  LED lights use less electricity than traditional incandescent Christmas lights, which enables us to use so many lights without electrical constraints. 

Be sure to mark your calendar for Friday, November 20, 2015 when The Village hosts a magical evening to turn on the lights.

English Gardens Christmas Shop will open at The Village in mid-October. Our store will offer a wide selection of life-like Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, lights, decorations and gifts.  We’re located on Main Street, near Carson’s.
