English Gardens Landscape Designer Valerie Tarquini won a Gold award from the Michigan Green Industry Association for this landscape reconstruction project. Crew Leader Rod Marshall oversaw the installation.

Before the renovation, this condo’s courtyard was just lawn. The area was renovated with a patio and simple seating area. Plants with low pollen were selected due to the homeowner’s allergies.

The result is a welcoming environment that provides an area to relax and entertain.

“The homeowner has become so excited about her courtyard that she has added annuals, hanging baskets and pots,” says Valerie. “She’s very pleased with the results.” View the courtyard.
